This is a Single layered necklace made of silver beads (also known as `Dholki beads') filled with lac and strung on cotton thread.This necklace comes with an adjustable tassle at back.
Traditionally called a "Borimala" and worn by married women in Mahasratra and North Karnataka this is one traditional design which is chic enough to be worn on the runway.
